Concession of the Central Military Hospital will be awarded in the second half of 2020 under the modality of “bata gris”. In other words, the project consists in the design, build, maintenance and operation of said hospital. According to Proinversión, this co-financed private initiative considers an investment of US $ 115.5 million without VAT for an operating period of 30 years (Diario Gestion).


  • Nautical project works in Pisco would begin in the fourth quarter of 2019, which will require an investment of US $ 50 million and will cover an area of ??38 hectares (Diario Gestion).

  • Alto Piura Project would have a new contractor, the tender would begin between April and May 2020. Until June 2019 the modified budget is          S/ 155.4 million (Diario Gestion).

  • Ergon Peru, a company of the TOZZIgreen group from Italy, made the first Green Bonds issue worth US $ 222 million associated with a renewable energy project promoted by the Ministry of Energy and Mines, for rural electrification in Peru (Diario Gestion).

  • Grenenergy will start two wind plants in Cajamarca in August 2020, both projects have an investment of US $ 51.8 million, half of which corresponds to the implementation of the Huambos Project, by the company GR Paino S.A.C. and the other half will focus on the Duna project, which would be carried out with the GR Taruca company (Diario Gestion).


  • The National Port Authority presented the project for the construction of the port terminal in Loreto, which would be built over a period of 48 months and would have an investment of US$ 70 million (Diario Gestion).

  • China Three Gorges and Enel Distribution companies are interested in acquiring the assets of the distribution company Luz del Sur and would be willing to pay between US$ 2,500 million and US$ 2,800 million (Diario Gestion).

  • The Paracas Port Terminal, a concessionaire of the General San Martín port in Pisco, reported that an investment was made that exceeded US$ 10 million and is part of the acquisition of equipment for the modernization of the port (Diario Gestion).

  • The Esan – Cotinex – Semsa - Cassalegalia consortium was awarded the good pro as the consultant that will be in charge of the structuring and transaction of the Lima Historic Center Cable Car - Cerro San Cristobal. This project will require an investment of US$ 15.3 million (Diario Gestion).
